PADDLE REPAIRS
We offer a full refurb/repair service on all our Braca-sport paddles. If your Braca paddle has sustained some damage, feel free to send through some photos and we can advise the best course of action. Due to our two part bonding system for all our paddles, (rather than epoxy bonding components directly,) we can disassemble all of our paddles into their respective parts. This means if a part is damaged beyond repair, we can replace just the damaged part of the paddle, rather than you having to buy a new complete paddle.

We only carry out repairs to Braca-sport paddles.
WATERCRAFT REPAIRS
Where workshop time allows, we carry out high quality repairs on other brands of watercraft. We all have those moments that lead to repairs; a mis-timed shore dump, a transport drama, hidden underwater snags, kids learning to reverse a car; the list goes on. Luckily the beauty of kayaks and skis, in particular composite ones, is that they are almost infinitely repairable. We can work with fiberglass, carbon and kevlar layups and can make repairs to polyester, vinylester and epoxy resin builds. Whether it's just a cosmetic touch up for an upcoming sale, a leak, or something more structural, we can organise quality repairs to get you back on the water without breaking the bank. We work with composite craft only, we don't carry out repairs on rotomold plastic or thermoform craft.

The price for your job will vary based on the time & parts required to complete the job, our workshop rate is $90+GST p/h, with all watercraft repairs subject to the minimum workshop fee of two labour hours. Our hourly rate includes resins & cloth reinforcements we keep on hand in the workshop. Speciality parts, colours or reinforecments we have to source to complete your repair will be charged at cost price to us. We will let you know if this applies to your repair job prior to commencing. FITOUT & INSTALLS
Having gained the hindsight of a large number of ski and kayak fit-outs, we can offer practical advice on how to go about setting up your new purchase for the water. If you don't have the tools, or just aren't keen to be the one that drills the first hole in your shiny new ski, Xplora Watercraft can fit and install most kayak accessories to get you up and running. Other than the parts four our own craft, we do not keep an inventory of parts and accessories. We can happily discuss the required parts with you prior to your booking, you will then be required to source the parts and dropoff your boat & parts together to the workshop.
