X16 Fishing Ski

The X16 is the little brother of our first fishing ski model, the X18, with some key differences.  The X16 is designed to suit the needs of padders wanting a smaller craft. It is a great option for those with less storage space at home, those with a small vehicle to get you to the beach, or smaller paddlers that need less volume in their ski. The reduction in size and weight makes this ski easier to handle on and off your vehicle, while the increased rocker profile front to back makes it even more manouverable in the surf zone. We've kept all the good stuff from the X18 - the low seat for stability, maximised fish hatch as well as all the standard features of the bigger ski.

Why buy the X16 over other offerings on the market?

• We don't bond our boat components with pouring foam so they don't absorb water, gain weight and fail in critical areas over time. Our boats are built to last more than their warranty period with structrual components glassed in place by hand.

• Open fish hatch for more space (for 1 piece paddles, nets, or kayak carts) as well as easier fitout and rigging to suit your needs.

• Recessed rudder and flush fitted components on underside of the ski to help prevent line tangles.

• We were the first composite fishing ski manufacturer to offer a dedicated option for side scan transducers.

• Only fishing ski to offer a magnetic tackle tray for hooks and livebait gear.

• No drag from livewell when not in use with recessed inlet & outlets.

• Easy adjust pedal system that can be tweaked on the water.

• The X16 is Australian designed and Australian made, and our middle and top end constructions are up to $1000 cheaper than the equivalent from imported competitiors - thats a lot of fishing gear!
